Q. After my initial set-up fee, what are my monthly costs to text-advertise my listings?
A.
Nothing! You have an unlimited number of prospective buyer requests for your listing information through their cell phone, at no cost to you.

Q. How much is the set-up fee?
A.
$41 ... This a one-time only cost

Q. What about the signs?
A.
The signs are $15 each and sold in groups of four. Each sign includes a distinctive code for each specific listing, is 12 inches by 24 inches in size and can be attached to your existing sign holder

Q. How many listings can I advertise?
A.
As many as you need. You can advertise an unlimited number of listings.

Q. Can I get Vanity Codes to make my listing unique to me?
A.
Vanity codes are FREE when you order 8 or more signs at a time and have a maximum of 7 characters of your choice. As an example of a 8-sign order; if your name was Scott MacGregor, your sign series code could be: scotty, scotty1, scotty2 through to scotty7

Q. What listing details can be included in the message?
A.
We have pre-set fields that allow for you to quickly and easily enter your details. Each field’s content is dynamic and will vary, depending on which one of the 16 categories you select for the listing. For instance, you most likely don’t need a lot size for a condo listing, but you do need to include condo fees.

Q. What does it cost the Prospect to receive this instant listing information?
A.
As clearly indicated on the sign, $1 per listing request will be included on their next cellular bill and their standard message rate applies. To a Prospect this is very small price when compared to the benefits of immediate information and an even smaller investment in relation to researching a possible $300,000 purchase

Q. Do the Prospects need to have a special cell phone, plan or company to use this service?
A.
No. Textmelistings.com works with all Canadian wireless carriers, with every cell phone on the market today and can receive text messages even if you have never used texting before. This includes all Prepay/Pay-As-You-Go Services

Q. By texting Prospects listing information in advance, won’t that impede my opportunity to speak directly with them as part of the sales process?
A.
Not at all. Instead this will provide you greater opportunities to speak with qualified leads, while minimizing calls from non-buyers, inquisitive neighbors etc. 

Many more Prospects will likely request info by text rather than speak directly to an Agent or even leave a message. Potential buyers will receive a faster response of listing details, as expected in this “Information-On-Demand” market. Prospects will still call if they’re interested, with the added opportunity for you to proactively call them first.

Q. How do I update my listings?
A.
It’s easy. You would go to our site, log-in and edit/change the listing specifics.

Q.  I just sold my listing, are my signs with this code reusable?
A.
Yes. Simply go to your listing edit screen on our site, change the listing information and place the sign at your next listing location

Q. How do I deactivate a listing?
A.
You can deactivate any of your listing codes online within your password protected area on our website or even easier, take the sign down.

Q. What if I want to cancel my subscription?
A.
We can’t imagine why you would stop using something that has no cost and generates potential sales. There really isn’t anything to cancel, just stop using/advertising the service.

Q. How can I follow up on inquiries?
A.
You will be immediately notified via text message when a lead comes in from a potential buyer who has requested further contact/info. You can contact the prospect by phone or text at that point. All listing activity and every contact number with additionally requested information can be viewed from within your account on our website.
